Nicaragua Dry Process Maracaturra

For those who want a fruit forward coffee look no further than this beautiful Maracaturra from Nicaragua! The fragrance shows a potent culmination of berry and fruit smells both dry and in the cup, with notes of stewed fruits, dried strawberry, and natural dried apricot in the lighter roasts. Body is impressive, which is normal for a dried process coffee. 

If you like fruity, choose a light roast. If you would rather have the fruit subdued a bit and mixed with a bit of cocoa nuance go for a medium. Don't go above medium though as you will miss out on all the uniqueness of this great coffee!
