Hill City Roasters is proud to partner with the EOD Warrior Foundation (EODWF) and introduce you to our EOD Warrior Blend.  EOD stands for Explosive Ordnance Disposal. EOD technicians are highly-trained military members serving the Armed Forces by disarming, rendering safe, and disposing of explosive hazards. The EODWF provides financial assistance and support, along with additional  resources, to Active-Duty, Reserve, National Guard, Retired and Veteran EOD technicians and their families. 

We feel the values of the EODWF align perfectly with Hill City Roasters. The Foundation believes that the EOD family is for life.  This organization enables EOD Warriors and their families, to include the families of wounded and fallen EOD Technicians, to face the future with hope and ensures the EOD heroes who make the ultimate sacrifice will never be forgotten.

We sent some samples with different bean configurations to our EOD family who voted on their favorite blend. After much debate, they landed on a no nonsense blend of our Guatemala and Brazil coffees. The medium roast will be the most versatile and will lend itself well to many brewing methods (killer espresso!!) but we encourage you to try this at different roast levels to find your sweet spot.
