Our “RISE UP FOR FREEDOM” blend is a great mix of South American and African beans. The chocolate and caramel from Brazil and Colombia blend really well with the berry flavors of the African beans. We tend to like to roast the Ethiopia to a light/medium roast but South American beans can handle almost any roast level but medium to dark gives us a great balance of flavors.
